Description
Historical documentary that explores the origins of the modern Olympic Games.
The film follows three athletes (Panos Vrachiotis, Juan Carlos Ollana and Roberto Sidonio) as they visit Olympia, Nemea, Isthmia and Levadia, attempting different techniques and disciplines at each site.
In addition, they journey to England to take part in Robert Dover's Olimpick Games and the Much Wenlock Olympian Games, both of which were 19th century forerunners of today's modern Olympics.
