This volume examines the emergence of the coalition of co-operating denominations and independent churches whose ideological boundaries have been shifting since post-war re-emergence.

Theoretically, the study draws on the insights of sociological and anthropological scholars to construct a theoretical model that frames the analysis in terms of the relational and oppositional aspects of ground boundary dynamics.
