Description

Musical romantic comedy remake of the 1921 silent film starring Betty Balfour and Stanley Holloway.

Amelia 'Squibs' Hopkins (Balfour) is a poor flower girl who falls for Constable Charley Lee (Holloway) and the two begin to date.

When Squibs' gambling father, Sam (Gordon Harker), embezzles money she and Charley attempt to find a way to repay the cash so he won't go to jail.
