Description

Rowling. The story is set in the English village of Pagford, which seems idyllic on the surface but in reality is fraught with conflict between the residents over social and political issues.
When one of the locals suffers an untimely death his seat on the parish council is left vacant and an election is held to find his replacement, causing tensions to rise even further...
The cast also includes Simon McBurney, Emilia Fox and Monica Dolan.
