Description
1940s horror starring Boris Karloff as a Greek general who travels to a Balkan island in 1912 to visit his wife's tomb.
When he discovers that her body is missing, General Nikolas Pherides (Karloff) investigates further, discovering several cases of grave robbing.
The locals blame the missing corpses on vampires, and matters take a turn for the worse when the General and several others succumb to a mysterious plague...
