Description

All-action Turkish historical drama portraying the Ottoman Empire's siege on Constantinople in 1453.

When 18-year-old Faith Mehmed (Devrim Evin) succeeds his father to become Sultan Mehmed II, leader of the Ottomans, his eyes are fixed firmly on one prize - Constantinople.

Driven by his belief in the Muslim prophecy that Constantinople will one day fall to a holy conqueror, Mehmed leads a huge contingent of soldiers, which includes Ulubatli Hasan (Ibrahim Celikkol), to the city and prepares to launch one of the fiercest attacks in military history.
