One of the rarest and least documented versions of the versatile de Havilland Mosquito, the Mosquito Mk XVII was armed with a 57mm gun. Originally intended for anti-tank duties, the 17 airframes produced served instead with Coastal Command on missions.
This book tells the full story of the development and operational service of the Tse-tse (so-called because it was like a mosquito but with a bigger sting!), and is fully illustrated with photos, scale plans, detail drawings and color profiles.
