Set in the fantasy world of Gearbolt, Philly the Kid (voice of Yoshitsugu Matsuoka) is a young outlaw who teams up with two human drones, Samberry (Hinaki Yano) and Casey Turnbuckle (Shiori Izawa), as they journey through different townlands where they hope to uncover some of the mysteries of this universe.
