Description

After moving to Colombia to teach surfing with his brother, American Nick (Josh Hutcherson) meets and falls for beautiful nurse Maria (Claudia Traisac).

But as the pair begin their relationship, Nick learns that Maria's uncle is the notorious drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, who takes a liking to the boy he calls Nico.
