Description
Two special episodes of the BBC series in which presenter James May embarks on wildly ambitious projects using some of Britain's best-loved toys.
In 'The Great Train Race', after failing in his previous attempt in 2009, James once again tries to run toy trains along a specially built ten-mile track between Barnstaple and Bideford, making it the world's longest train set.
This time it's a race to the finish line with James and his British team pitted against employees from the German model railway attraction Minatur Wunderland.
In 'Fight Club' James builds a scaled-up version of a Slingsby Swallow hoping that it will become the first free-flight model glider to fly over the English Channel and, at the same time, set a new British straight distance record.
