Description

Following on from 'The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan' (2012) and 'White Collar Hooligan 2: England Away' (2013), Eddie Hill (Phillips) is back and he means business.
After the death of his friend Katie (Rita Ramnani), Eddie manages to find out that the killer is hiding in Brazil; with the hope of taking his revenge, Eddie departs for Brazil, using the hoards of people travelling to the World Cup as cover.
