Having completed travelling around the World in 80 days, Michael Palin set out to travel along the 30 degree East line of longtitude - from the North to the South Pole.
This, however, proved much more of a challenge and Palin, and his film crew, managed to use most modes of transport to travel through 17 countries over 5 months.
