Description

Romantic drama from the director of 'Kramer vs. Kramer'. Morgan Freeman plays a recently bereaved college professor who witnesses various relationships and romances developing amongst his friends at a local coffee shop.

Chief amongst these is perpetually unlucky-in-love coffee store owner Bradley (Greg Kinnear), who meets feisty estate agent Diana (Radha Mitchell) after his wife (Selma Blair) leaves him for another woman.

Unbeknownst to Bradley, Diana is already involved with a married man (Billy Burke).

Similarly, lonely waitress Chloe (Alexa Davalos) takes a chance on a relationship with recovering junkie Oscar (Toby Hemingway), despite a warning from her psychic advisor that it will all end in tears.
