The film uses archive footage and interviews with Malcolm McLaren, the former manager of The Sex Pistols, in which he discusses the anarchistic music scene he was involved in, the clothes he designed and sold with his girlfriend Vivienne Westwood and the ethos of the punk phenomenon.
