Description

Kung fu action sequel co-directed by Kang Cheng and Shan Hua.

Outlaw Ma Teng (Lung Ti) has developed a counter to the Flying Guillotines attack and so the Emperor (Feng Ku) creates a deadlier version in response.

Ma Teng joins the rebels fighting against the Emperor, who employs Na Lan (Szu Shih) to train his assassins, but she sides with Ma Teng and together they plot to end the Emperor's evil reign.
