Born in Vienna to Alois and Klara Hiedler, Hitler grew up to become the notorious leader of the National Socialist German Workers' Party.

His book, 'Mein Kampf', documented his ideology and hatred of, amongst other minority groups, the Jewish people, who he blamed for many of the country's failures.

This programme explores the mind of the man who became responsible for the most notorious genocide of all time.
