Description

Low budget action fantasy starring Eric Roberts and Tom Sizemore.

When a nuclear fall-out destroys much of the planet and very few humans survive a new breed of beings known as 'deviants' arise.

Dominion Harvey (Eric Roberts) holds many of them in captivity and sets them against one another for the purposes of entertainment.
