Description

William Olsson directs this romantic drama set in Tokyo, starring Alexandra Daddario as English language teacher Margaret, who becomes increasingly detached and isolated as she drinks to excess most nights and has sexual encounters with different men.

However, when she meets a Yakuza gangster named Kazu (Takehiro Hira) the pair find themselves drawn to one another.

Despite this, their relationship is not without its dangers and Margaret continues her struggle with finding any meaning to her life.
