Description

Hu Guan directs and co-writes this historical Chinese war drama.

As Japanese troops advance on Shanghai, Lieutenant Xie Jinyuan (Chun Du) leads an army of 800 young and inexperienced officers to defend the city.

Using the Sihang warehouse as their base, the soldiers are vastly outnumbered but do all they can to hold out until reinforcements arrive.
