It becomes a race against time to stop the evil genius from testing his deadly gas on the whole of London, his first step in an attempt to take over the world.

In 'The Brides of Fu Manchu' (1966) Manchu blackmails a number of formidable scientists into helping him carry out his latest plot to take over the world by holding their daughters captive.

In 'The Vengeance of Fu Manchu' (1967) the evil Fu Manchu turns his attention to the destruction of his arch-nemesis, Scotland Yard's intrepid detective Nayland Smith (Douglas Wilmer).

In 'The Blood of Fu Manchu' (1968) Manchu injects a number of beautiful women with a deadly poison that is only released into the people they kiss and uses them to kill leaders around the globe.

Finally, in 'The Castle of Fu Manchu' (1969) Manchu has invented a machine which can put the world into a deep freeze.

To make sure his contraption works perfectly, he kidnaps a top scientist.
