Description

1950s film noir starring Rita Hayworth as Chris Emery, a sultry nightclub singer at her husband's bar in Trinidad.

When Chris's husband is murdered by a notorious spy, his brother Steve (Glenn Ford) turns up, looking to track down the murderer, who has in the meantime become romantically involved with his victim's wife.

The situation becomes even more complicated when Steve finds himself falling in love with Chris himself - but neither of her suitors are aware of her unexpected secret motives...
