Description

Horror/comedy. Alex Gage (Judge Reinhold) has been having dreams about his dead cousin.

In the dreams his cousin is telling him that he was killed by a witch in Istanbul, North Carolina.

Alex travels there to meet the woman, and confronts her about his cousin's murder.
