Successful clothes designer and boutique owner Holly G. runs the full gamut of emotions as she tries to steer her way through a busy Mother's Day weekend.

With her customers willing to stop at nothing to have 'that dress', the importance that clothing and shopping occupy in women's lives is brought to the fore with 'confessions' from the film's characters.
