Description
Modern interpretation of the William Shakespeare play 'King Lear' starring Patrick Stewart and Colm Meaney.
Set in 19th century Texas, John Lear (Stewart) is a wealthy cattle baron with three daughters.
In his later years Lear decides to divide his land up between his daughters resulting in disastrous consequences.
Marcia Gay Harden, Lauren Holly and Roy Scheider also star.
