Description

Michael Caine and Jane Seymour star in this television drama directed by David Wickes.

In 1888, the East End of London is plagued by a vicious killer known as Jack the Ripper, and fear and outrage grow as more victims of his brutality are found.

Chief Inspector Frederick Abberline (Caine) is assigned to investigate and quickly discovers that there is more to the case than meets the eye.

However, as he attempts to unravel the conspiracy and identify the killer, he encounters numerous obstacles in his quest for the truth.
