Description

Second World War documentary drama. The film retells the story of Bermudian soldier Major Toby Smith (Benjamin Beasley), who died during the Battle of Overloon in the Netherlands, from his own letters that he sent back to his family in Bermuda from the battlefields of Europe.

Told in his own words, the film depicts his own personal conflict in dutifully fighting the Nazi regime but also being so far away from his wife and kids, and ultimately giving his life to the cause he fought for.
